Job summary

Videojet Technologies Inc. in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, diagnose, and repair Videojet coding equipment at customer sites across the Delmarva Peninsula. This home-based role includes a company vehicle and comprehensive onboarding with ongoing technical training.

Requirements include 2+ years in technical field service, ability to travel, and a valid driver’s license. This full-time role offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to comply with customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the Salisbury, MD (Delmarva Peninsula) territory to support manufacturing customers.
• Provide ongoing care and support for customer equipment.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and deliver effective, timely solutions.
• Become a trusted advisor and partner for our customers.
