Job summary

Videojet Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel within the Salisbury, MD region, supporting customer equipment, installation, diagnostics, and repairs. This home-based role with a company vehicle offers flexible hours, onboarding, and ongoing training.

You'll build trusted customer relationships, promote service agreements, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver industry-leading coding and marking solutions across diverse industries.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
Ability to comply with customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Travel throughout the Salisbury, MD region to support manufacturing customers, primarily daytime travel.
Provide ongoing care and support for customer equipment; install, maintain, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and deliver timely solutions.
Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and promote service agreements and newer technology.
Extend Videojet footprint by supporting service offerings and customer satisfaction.
