Job summary

Veralto's Videojet division is hiring a Home-Based Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair coding and marking equipment across the Greater Dallas area. You’ll travel regionally, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers.

Qualifications

• Up to two years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Basic computer and technical proficiency (email, mobile applications, MS Word).
• Ability to comply with PPE standards and site access policies.
• Valid driver's license to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding equipment at customer facilities.
• Travel within the Greater Dallas area to support customers, with daytime work and limited overnight travel.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Build trusted relationships by acting as a technical advisor and problem solver.
• Promote service agreements and newer technology solutions.
