Job summary

Videojet Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to be the front line for customer interaction from a home base in the Greater Dallas, TX area.

You will install, maintain, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer sites, traveling regionally within the territory to support manufacturing customers. This role includes advanced technical and commercial training, onboarding, and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license; ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Technical degree preferred or relevant military training; other backgrounds welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Travel throughout the greater Dallas territory to support manufacturing customers during business hours.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues and provide timely solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers as a technical advisor and problem solver.
• Identify opportunities to promote service agreements and newer technology solutions.
