Job summary

Videojet Sr Field Service Technician is a home-based role serving the Greater Dallas area including Fort Worth and Waco. You will install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot Videojet coding equipment at customer sites, traveling regionally to support manufacturing customers during daytime hours.

We expect at least 5 years of technical field service experience, along with willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical, mechanical, or field service experience.
• Willingness to travel including overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to comply with site safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Travel throughout the greater Dallas territory to support manufacturing customers, with most work completed during the day and limited overnight travel.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and deliver effective, timely solutions.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor and problem solver.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to promote service agreements and newer technology solutions.
