Job summary
Videojet Technologies, a Veralto company, seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site and remote support for coding and marking equipment across the Greater Dallas area. This home-based role requires visiting customer sites, diagnosing issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet systems, travel regionally with occasional overnight travel, and build trusted customer relationships while promoting service plans and newer
Qualifications
- Up to two years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, MS Word).
- Ability to comply with customer safety requirements and PPE standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
- Travel throughout the greater Dallas territory to support manufacturing customers.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor and problem solver.
- Support business growth by promoting service agreements and newer technology solutions.
