Job summary

Otis Elevator Company seeks a Senior Maintenance/Service Supervisor in the Lorton, VA area to oversee the servicing and repair of equipment, lead staff training, and manage safety across all assigned projects. You will report to the Service Sales manager and drive customer satisfaction while controlling costs.

Responsibilities include planning field activities, allocating resources, coordinating technical support, and authorizing repair orders to ensure efficient operations and high-quality

Qualifications

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 5 years).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Travel within territory and valid driver’s license if required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure field employee safety and quality of service in your territory.
• Plan, organize, and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and standards.
• Allocate resources efficiently (manpower & materials).
• Conduct field education and training with the field workforce.
• Improve route efficiency and reduce callback rates.
• Provide technical support to field staff and authorize repair orders.
