Job summary

Otis Elevator is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field staff in the Richmond, VA territory. You will manage safety, staffing, and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and cost control.

The role requires at least 5 years of leadership experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills; elevator industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Service Sales manager to meet customer needs
