Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. seeks a proactive leader to head our maintenance operations in the Tampa, FL area. You will manage day-to-day field staff activities, ensure safety and service quality, and train technicians to uphold Otis standards.

You will report to the Service Sales manager in the Tampa territory, coordinating resources, optimizing schedules, and driving cost efficiencies while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 5 years).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure field employee safety and quality of service in your territory.
• Plan, organize, and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and standards.
• Ensure efficient allocation of manpower and materials.
• Conduct field education training with field workforce.
• Improve efficiencies, manage route schedules and callback rates.
• Provide technical support to field staff, internally or to experts.
• Authorize repair orders and track completion.
• Lead change toward better efficiency and communication.
