Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Parts Advisor to elevate the internal customer experience at our service locations. You will work with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors, and local Management to ensure smooth parts flow and service delivery.

Ideal candidates show focus, initiative, problem-solving, and strong communication. A background in parts management, process standardization, and handling escalations is a plus, with a customer-first mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task and handle escalations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with technicians and leads to ensure clear customer care.
• Identify and order correct parts for repairs.
• Understand and explain Rivian's PARTS BIN scheme.
• Receive, bin, and track parts and back orders.
• Process purchases and understand warranty returns.
• Support shipping, packaging, and daily counts.
• Assist with service scheduling and customer experience.
