Rivian Automotive is seeking a Parts Advisor for our service locations in Pennsylvania. You will focus on parts receiving, stocking, and inventory control while coordinating with technicians, advisors, and management to deliver a superior customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, process discipline, and the ability to train teammates. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, accurate counts, and adherence to Rivian's safety and procedural standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized high school equivalency credential preferred.
• Experience in parts management or service operations is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently ordering, receiving, distributing, and auditing parts.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide others on parts receiving, stocking, inventory management, and platform access.
• Support Rivian Service Centers as needed.
• Explain and execute processes like warranty returns and shipping.
• Understand and communicate the physical inventory process and KPI significance.
• Provide feedback to channel planning to ensure proper MIN/MAX levels.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts procurement and improve processes.
