Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process
• Explain and execute shipping and packaging parts
• Understand channel planning and how channel planning works
• Handle indirect purchasing through Coupa
• Explain KPI's and metrics and their significance
• Identify discrepancies in parts procurement and improve processes
• Communicate with technicians and leads to promote clear communication
• Identify and order the correct part needed for repairs
• BIN parts and manage receiving and back orders
• Explain Rivian BIN scheme
• Utilize SharePoint and Rivian's systems daily
• Explain pre-pulling parts for upcoming appointments
