Rivian Automotive is seeking a Parts Advisor to overdeliver on internal customer experience at service locations. You will coordinate with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors and local management, driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and time management.
• Patient, empathetic, detail-focused with problem-solving drive.
• Excellent customer service, high energy, multitasking in fast-paced env.
• Basic math for estimates/payments; physical stamina and dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; flexible with shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Explain and execute shipping process and packaging for parts.
• Understand channel planning and indirect purchasing through Coupa.
• Explain KPI's and metrics and their significance.
• Identify and resolve procurement discrepancies; improve processes.
• Communicate with technicians and leads to ensure clear collaboration.
• Identify and order correct parts for repairs; locate assemblies.
• Receive parts, manage back orders, and BIN parts per Rivian scheme.
• Learn Rivian maintenance scheduling and safety requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to service teams.
