Rivian is seeking a Parts Advisor to overdeliver on internal customer experience at service locations. You will partner with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors and local management to support service needs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and deliver customer-first service.
• Familiarity with warranty and parts processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Explain, package, and ship parts correctly.
• Understand channel planning and how it works; support indirect purchasing via Coupa.
• Explain KPI's and metrics and their significance to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts procurement and improve processes.
