Job summary

Rivian in Idaho is seeking a Parts Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our service locations. You will handle warranty returns, shipping packaging, channel planning and indirect purchasing via Coupa while partnering with technicians, advisors, and regional specialists.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Patience, empathy and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Understand, explain, and execute shipping and packaging for parts.
• Understand channel planning and indirect purchasing via Coupa.
• Explain KPIs and metrics and their significance.
• Identify discrepancies in parts procurement and drive process improvements.
• Communicate with technicians and leads to promote clear collaboration.
