Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Patience, empathy, attention to detail, and problem solving experience.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to prepare clear business communications and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Explain and execute shipping and proper packaging of parts.
• Understand channel planning and how it works.
• Explain and execute indirect purchasing through Coupa.
• Understand KPI's and metrics and their significance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts procurement and improve processes.
• Communicate with technicians and leads to promote clear communication.
• Identify and order the correct part for repairs.
• Reference parts assemblies/subassemblies as needed.
• Receive parts, allocate back orders, and BIN parts properly.
• Explain Rivian BIN scheme and handle damages/stock issues.
• Use SharePoint, Warranty Manual, Write It Right, and Rivian systems.
• Perform daily counts and understand tool usage.
• Explain pre pulling parts for upcoming appointments.
• Understand pay types (Goodwill, Customer Pay, Internal, etc.).
• Learn Rivian's maintenance scheduling and provide exceptional customer experience.
• Operate a forklift where required.
