Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Sr Manager, Field Service Operations for the San Francisco territory. You will direct maintenance operations, drive efficiency, ensure service quality, and lead a team of field professionals responsible for safety, training, and performance.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in elevator service operations within a dynamic, unionized environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree desired with 5 years of leadership experience in field service or related service business.
• Experience managing maintenance operations and driving safety and quality in a large territory.
• Ability to understand contracts, financial statements, and EH&S policies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive field efficiency and margin improvements to meet plans.
• Lead safety, training, and leadership for the Maintenance operations team.
• Provide technical direction and participate in large bids.
• Ensure quality of service in the territory and resolve critical issues.
• Promote diverse candidate slates and ensure compliance with vehicle policies.
• Report on recommendations for product designs and performance.
• Foster a culture of safety and operational excellence.
