Job summary

Otis Elevator Company seeks a Sr Manager, Field Service Operations to lead maintenance operations in the San Francisco territory. You will drive efficiency, ensure safety, and manage key performance metrics across field teams and vehicle fleets.

You will mentor the Maintenance operations team, oversee bids, and provide technical direction to field staff while advancing diversity in hiring and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years elevator industry management experience strongly preferred or military leadership, operations leadership, or relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop expectations and relationships with customers.
• Knowledge and strict enforcement of EH&S policy and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, support, and leadership for maintenance operations in the SF territory.
• Drive field efficiency and quality improvements to meet margin plans and MCP/ P1 goals.
• Lead safety culture, training, and diversity in field workforce hiring and development.
• Investigate critical issues and coordinate with supervisors, mechanics, and adjusters on product performance.
