Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Sr Manager, Field Engineering to deliver technical guidance and leadership for field service teams. The role focuses on troubleshooting, training, and driving continuous improvement across installations, modernization projects, and service operations.

The position requires strong communication skills, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• 5+ years of elevator industry experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to lead teams in field service environments.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region and beyond as needed.
