Job summary

Otis Elevator is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field staff management, training, and safety in the Tampa region. You will oversee service activities, resource allocation, and technician support, reporting to the Service Sales manager in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety and service quality, organizing field operations, and driving efficiency. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 5 years).
• Experience leading a team of technicians and strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure field employee safety and quality of service in your territory.
• Plan, organize, and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and standards.
• Allocate resources efficiently and manage route schedules; train field workforce.
• Provide technical support to field staff and authorize repair orders.
• Lead change toward better efficiency and communication.
