Qualifications

• 5+ years elevator industry management experience or military leadership
• 5+ years people leadership experience in elevator industry or related field
• Strong understanding of financial statements and contracts
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge and enforcement of EH&S policies and processes

Responsibilities

• Drive field efficiency and quality improvements to meet margins
• Meet maintenance completion and response rate targets
• Provide technical direction to field operations staff
• Lead training, development, and leadership for the maintenance team
• Investigate and resolve critical customer issues with Otis and non-Otis products
• Monitor field tests and data reports
• Support safety culture across the territory
