Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering-related field or 5+ years with Bachelors in engineering
• Experience with radar, RF, or navigation systems preferred
• Ability to interpret schematics and engineering docs

Responsibilities

• Lead field training and service support at customer locations
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Develop test plans and after-action reports
• Mentor junior Field Support Representatives
• Travel up to 75% (domestic and international) as needed
