Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to support local units at Fort Bragg, NC. You will independently deliver high-quality pre- and post-sales technical support through product demonstrations, comprehensive training, field support, and remote assistance.

The role requires travel up to 75% domestically and internationally, collaboration with engineering and customers, and creating technical content for customer success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, vocational cert, or military experience in an engineering-relevant field with 4+ years experience, or Bachelor’s in engineering with 2+ years experience.
• Deep understanding of technical domain and related areas.
• Proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes).
• Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and engineering docs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field training and service support at customer locations, domestically and internationally, often as a solo or lead representative.
• Collaborate with customers and end users to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions meeting quality, cost, and schedule goals.
• Thrive in a customer-focused engineering culture to enhance product usability and sustainment.
• Respond promptly to customer needs, including travel to field sites.
