Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering-related experience in radar or RF systems.
• Experience with field service in military or defense environments.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and pass security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead field training and service support at customer locations.
• Define requirements with customers and document expectations.
• Mentor junior FSRs and drive customer value.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and system analysis.
• Provide on-site consultation for hardware, software, and networks.
• Develop test plans and after-action reports.
