Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking an entry-level Associate Field Service Representative to support local units at Fort Campbell, KY. The role focuses on pre- and post-sales technical support through demonstrations, training, and field assistance while integrating with assigned units in garrison and CONUS/OCONUS locations.

The position develops foundational expertise in SRCTec products and creates technical content for customer success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or military experience in an engineering-related field with 2+ years of work experience, or Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field with 0+ years of experience.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and network integration concepts.
• Familiarity with testing equipment (multimeters, network analysers, spectrum analysers, signal generators, oscilloscopes).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally, including austere environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field training and service support at customer locations under supervision.
• Document customer expectations and collaborate with internal teams to meet requirements.
• Provide on-site consultation and integration support for hardware, software, and networks.
• Develop after-action reports to support continuous improvement.
• Support extended travel to military or customer locations in diverse environments.
