Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in an engineering‑related field or military experience with engineering relevance.
• Deep understanding of technical domain principles and related specialties.
• Proficient with test equipment (multimeters, network/spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes).
• Able to interpret schematics, drawings, and engineering docs with precision.
• Experience delivering technical training and customer support in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead field training and service support at customer locations, domestically and internationally.
• Define requirements with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Mentor junior representatives and drive value for clients.
• Provide rapid response to critical customer needs, including travel to field sites.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting, system analysis, and component‑level diagnostics.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering, quality, and subcontract teams to optimize sustainment and installations.
• Develop test plans, performance assessments, and after‑action reports to improve system performance.
• Train operator and maintenance staff as a lead instructor and review junior staff work.
• Analyze logistics interactions to improve sustainment and usability.
• Oversee on‑site consultation for existing hardware, software, and network configurations.
