Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to support local units at Fort Bragg, NC. The role focuses on pre- and post-sales technical support, training, field service, and remote assistance across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The selected candidate will independently deliver technical demonstrations, develop test plans, and provide on-site consultation for hardware, software, network configurations, and new system initiatives, traveling up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or military engineering training with 4+ years engineering experience
• Broad understanding of technical domain and related specialty areas
• Ability to interpret electronic schematics, mechanical drawings, test instructions, and specs
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-centric approach
• Self-driven with strong time management to manage in-track tasks

Responsibilities

• Conduct field training and service support at customer locations, domestically and internationally
• Collaborate with customers to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet quality, cost, and schedule goals
• Provide on-site consultation oversight and integration support for hardware, software, and networks
• Respond promptly to customer operational needs, including travel to field sites
• Develop and document test plans and after-action reports for continuous improvement
