Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking an entry-level Associate Field Service Representative to become one of two OEM representatives supporting local units at Fort Bragg, NC. SRCTec designs, manufactures, and supports advanced radar and sensor systems for a global commercial and defense customer base.

This role is ideal for individuals beginning their engineering career, focusing on delivering pre- and post-sales technical support through product demonstrations, training, and field assistance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or military/tech training with 2+ years field experience.
• Bachelor's in engineering acceptable with 0+ years experience.
• Familiarity with hardware, software and network integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field training and service support at customer locations under close supervision.
• Engage with customers to document expectations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture delivering value to clients.
• Support customer operational needs, including travel to field sites.
• Provide technical assistance to engineering, quality, and subcontract teams on routine tasks.
• Develop and document after-action reports for continuous improvement.
• Assist in on-site consultation and integration support for hardware/software/network configurations.
• Advise on technical requirements for products, services, and installations.
• Help ensure adherence to area-wide procedural changes.
