SRCTec, LLC is seeking an entry-level Associate Field Service Representative to support local units at Fort Bliss, TX. The role focuses on pre- and post-sales technical support through demonstrations, training, and field assistance, with opportunities to work with radar and sensor systems in garrison and CONUS/OCONUS deployments.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or military/tech cert with 2+ years experience, or bachelor in engineering with 0+ years experience.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network integration concepts.
• Familiarity with test equipment to diagnose issues.
• Ability to read electronic schematics and engineering docs.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers.
• Self-motivation and time management skills.
• Team collaboration across cross-functional groups.
• Willingness to train as operator/maintenance instructor.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb towers, and endure long workdays.
• General computer skills and TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically/internationally.
• U.S. passport and DoD Secret clearance; pass pre-deployment physical.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field training and service support at customer locations under close supervision.
• Engage with customers to document expectations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support engineering teams with project tasks and on-site guidance for hardware and software configurations.
• Travel to field sites as needed to support operations.
• Prepare after-action reports to support continuous improvement.
• Provide on-site consultation for existing hardware, software, and network configurations.
• Contribute to defining technical requirements for products and services.
• Help develop area-wide procedural and policy changes.
