Job summary

SRCTec, LLC seeks a Senior Field Service Representative to act as SME for sustainment-related technical matters, leading pre- and post-sales support through demonstrations, training, field support, and remote assistance at Fort Campbell, KY and CONUS/OCONUS sites.

You will train junior FSRs, influence product design for supportability, develop technical content, and provide on-site consultation for hardware, software, and network configurations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or military experience in engineering-related field with 7+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of work experience or equivalent
• Proficiency with test equipment to diagnose complex electrical issues
• Ability to interpret schematics and engineering drawings with precision
• Strong communication and leadership to mentor staff

Responsibilities

• Lead field training and service support at customer locations domestically and internationally
• Define requirements with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
• Mentor junior Field Support Representatives and lead instructor activities
• Provide rapid response to critical customer needs, including travel
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and subsystem analysis
• Develop test plans and post-mission technical reports
• Provide on-site consultation for hardware, software, and network configurations
• Advise on technical requirements and support equipment installations
