Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related technical discipline is required.
10+ years of professional experience within Technical Support.
2+ years in a management or leadership role.
Minimum 5 years field experience in a relevant industry with strong customer facing bias.

Responsibilities

Provide field service support including installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
Manage internal and customer training programs.
Guide end users on equipment maintenance practices and schedules.
Assist Edwards service and customer technicians with troubleshooting.
Support installation and commissioning of all products.
Review installation and commissioning documents for products.
Provide sites with first line support for parts and specification requests.
Develop and maintain good customer relationships.
Provide technical and sales support to customers directly or through Management.
Identify future sales and evaluation opportunities with customers.
Maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance and work as part of a team.
