Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in Technical Support with 2+ years in leadership.
• Minimum 5 years field experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages training programs for internal and customer staff.
• Guides end users on equipment maintenance practices and schedules.
• Assists Edwards service and customer technicians with troubleshooting.
• Supports installation and commissioning of all products.
• Reviews installation and commissioning documents for all products.
• Provides sites with first-line support for down equipment parts and specifications.
• Develops and maintains accurate new procedures.
• Maintains good customer relationships.
• Provides technical and sales support to customers directly or through Service or Sales Management.
• Identifies future sales and evaluation opportunities with customers.
• Maintains punctual, regular attendance and works collaboratively in a team.
• Respectfully takes direction from supervisor/manager.
