You will lead training, guide end users, support installation teams, review docs, and nurture long-term customer relationships, with a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in technical support plus leadership experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in technical support with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years field experience in customer-facing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level field service support including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
• Guide end users on equipment maintenance and schedules.
• Support sites with first-line spare parts and specifications.
• Develop procedures and maintain customer relationships.
