Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to service and repair critical vacuum systems at customer sites in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will report to the Site Manager and perform installations, troubleshooting, and safety-compliant servicing to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes strong customer focus, clear documentation, and teamwork with service teams. A high school diploma is required; AS degree is preferred, with 1–3 years of relevant experience and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of equivalent experience in relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum.
• HS diploma required; AS degree preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; able to document activities clearly.

Responsabilités

• Report into the Site Manager and perform planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems.
• Installations, safety compliance, and documentation of activities.
• Act as on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
