Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot Edwards products for customers in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver frontline support with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and customer satisfaction, while using established processes to resolve technical challenges.

You should have 1–3 years in a relevant technical field, be fluent in English, and be comfortable recording data and writing reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AS degree preferred or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant technical field experience such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot Edwards products.
• Provide frontline support with focus on safety and quality.
• Document activities and write reports; use data and processes to resolve issues.
• Support customers and collaborate with team to meet Edwards objectives.
