Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to deliver expert repair services for our vacuum technology solutions, ensuring peak performance and safety. You will inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems, install equipment, and document all activities at customer sites.

You will report to the Site Manager, act as the on-site contact, provide recommendations, and address customer needs promptly while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair complex systems on-site.
• Installations, ensure safety compliance, document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, provide service recommendations and address customer needs.
• Escalate issues through appropriate channels when required.
