Job summary

Edwards Vacuum LLC in Boise, ID is seeking a Field Service Engineer 3 to apply deep technical expertise across installations, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards products. You will balance 50% field work with 50% supporting leadership and key accounts, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will travel regionally as required, provide expert technical support and training to on-site teams, and act as a technical ambassador to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years field service experience in a relevant or related industry with strong customer facing focus.
• Strong technical knowledge with installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings; understand defined specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning of Edwards products, perform complex troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to site regulations and Edwards processes.
• Provide expert technical support and training to on-site service teams; escalate as needed.
• Support Service and Ops Manager with technical and service-related matters; act as technical ambassador to key accounts.
• Travel regionally as required and balance field work with leadership activities.
