Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking a Field Service Engineer 3 to lead complex field tasks, install and commission Edwards products, and troubleshoot at customer sites in Boise, ID. You will split time between field service activities and supporting leadership with key account work, traveling as needed to meet customer commitments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field service experience, strong customer focus, and the ability to read technical documents and operate independently while collaborating

Qualifications

• University or formal qualification in a mechanical, electromechanical or an electronics discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years field service experience in a relevant or related industry, ideally with a strong customer facing focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning of Edwards products, perform complex troubleshooting and fault finding within contractual timeframes.
• Ensure quality assurance of site assets and processes, manage installed base data, and prepare documented outcomes.
