Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3+ years of field service, technical, biomedical, military, or related hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, laboratory, medical device, or instrumentation systems.
• Ability to work independently across customer sites, manage priorities, communicate technical information, and drive uptime.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Leica Biosystems diagnostic solutions.
• Manage service execution within the assigned territory, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring instrument performance and uptime.
• Support escalations and collaborate with technical support, applications, and service leadership to improve customer outcomes.
