Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 3+ years of field service experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Science with 1+ year of experience or equivalent military experience.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical/electromechanical/electronic/instrumentation systems.
• Ability to work independently across customer sites, manage priorities, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Leica Biosystems diagnostic solutions.
• Manage service execution within the assigned territory, prioritize customer needs, and ensure instrument performance and uptime.
• Support escalations and share expertise to implement sustainable solutions and improve customer outcomes.
