Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer I for Digital Pathology in the United States. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair scanners and software, maximizing uptime and supporting digital pathology workflows.

The role is remote within the territory and involves significant travel. The position requires 1+ years of field service, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to work with customers in clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 1+ years of field service or related experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electromechanical, electronic, imaging, IT-connected, software, networking, or instrumentation systems.
• Ability to work in a field-based customer environment with strong organization and service ownership.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair Digital Pathology scanners and software to maximize uptime.
• Own service execution within the assigned territory, prioritizing customer needs and coordinating with teams.
• Build trusted customer relationships and help optimize digital workflows to meet diagnostic objectives.
