Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 6+ years field service, technical, biomedical, military, or related hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Advanced experience diagnosing and repairing complex medical device, laboratory, scientific, electromechanical, electronic, automation, or instrumentation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to independently resolve complex technical challenges, guide less experienced associates, influence customer outcomes, and communicate effectively across customer and internal stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, repair activities, and technical escalations.
• Mentor Field Service Engineers, support escalations, and share best practices across teams.
• Drive improvements by analyzing service data and root cause analysis to increase uptime and service quality.
