Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to independently install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair diagnostic solutions. This role covers a remote assignment within the territory and reports to the Regional Field Service Manager.

Travel up to 90% is required, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Your work will involve diagnosing and repairing complex instrument systems, servicing customers, and ensuring instrument

Qualifications

Associate’s degree with 3+ years of field service or related hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, laboratory, or instrumentation systems.
Ability to work independently across customer sites and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Leica Biosystems diagnostic solutions.
Manage service execution within the assigned territory and ensure instrument performance and uptime.
Support escalations and share expertise with peers to improve outcomes.
