Zusammenfassung

RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Lead Service Engineer or Specialist to deliver service and support for building automation systems. You will diagnose hardware/software issues, perform installations, calibrations, and system tuning while maintaining SLAs and customer satisfaction.

Travel to client sites is required, and on-call rotation may apply. You will lead service efforts, coordinate with technical teams, and contribute to commissioning, testing, and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in customer environments.
• 3+ years experience with at least one controls platform (listed in qualifications).
• HVAC knowledge and system testing experience.

Aufgaben

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and software updates of control systems.
• Identify and address system malfunctions or inefficiencies.
• Implement system upgrades to improve efficiency and performance.
• Monitor service channels (phone, email, chat, ticketing) and respond to incidents to maintain SLAs.
• Track KPIs and trends; collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents quickly.
• Assist with instrumentation, electrical design, and documentation as needed.
• Participate in customer design reviews and system startup at client sites.
• Configure DDC/PLC/DCS controls and develop commissioning test plans.
