Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician in the Wichita Falls, TX area. This remote role involves a home office base with daily travel to sites and occasional overnights. A company vehicle is provided to support service delivery and uptime.

Qualifications

• Two years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience.
• Must hold a current, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel daily with an Eaton fleet vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to read electrical schematic drawings and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for emergency repairs, start-up services and preventative maintenance.
• Travel to customer sites, including occasional overnight stays as required.
• Support customers with uptime and reliability of critical power systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for service planning and escalation.
• Maintain safety standards and complete required documentation.
