Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician based in the Wichita Falls, TX area with relocation assistance. This remote role involves daily travel to customer sites and a company vehicle is provided.

The position supports on-site repairs, start-up services, and preventive maintenance to ensure uptime for critical power systems. The role requires 2+ years in power systems or electronics, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel within

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Two years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must pass customer entrance requirements and background checks as needed.
• Daily travel to customer sites using an Eaton-provided fleet vehicle.
• Support for customer needs outside the immediate USA region for at least three weeks per quarter.
• Physical tasks including lifting 50+ lbs., pushing/pulling, standing, climbing, squatting, bending.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventive maintenance.
• Be a key member of a world-class service organization.
• Support customers with energy management challenges and provide technical expertise.
• Adhere to OSHA and NFPA 70E safety training and company safety rules.
• Utilize company vehicle and field tools to complete service tasks.
