Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division seeks a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician to join our team in the greater Wenatchee, WA area. This remote role reports to field leadership and includes daily travel to customer sites with a company vehicle provided for performance support.

Responsibilities include on‑site emergency repairs, start‑up services, and preventative maintenance to ensure peak uptime of UPS systems, batteries, and distribution equipment in mission‑critical

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Two (2) years of Power Systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience including relevant coursework and internship experience.
This role is designated as a Regular Driver per Eaton's Driver Safety Policy and requires a current, unrestricted driver's license along with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
Candidates will be subject to a motor vehicle record check upon hire.
Must undergo and pass customer entrance requirements as needed, which may include, but is not limited to, periodic background checks and drug screenings.
Daily travel to customer sites is required, utilizing an Eaton‑provided fleet vehicle.
Provide support for customer needs outside the immediate region within the USA for a minimum of three (3) weeks per quarter.
Must perform physical tasks as needed, including assisted lifting/carrying 50+ lbs., pushing/pulling, standing for extended periods, climbing, squatting, bending, kneeling, and driving long distances.
