Job summary

Eaton's Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician to work remotely from a home office with daily travel to customer sites in the greater Lubbock, TX area. Relocation assistance is available.

You will provide on-site support for emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance to ensure UPS systems and power distribution operate reliably. The role offers training, a defined technical career track, and support from a robust internal

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Two years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience.
• Current, unrestricted driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to travel daily to customer sites using an Eaton-provided fleet vehicle.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
