Job summary

Eaton Corporation's Critical Power Solutions Division seeks a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician to join our team supporting customers in the greater Lubbock, TX area. This remote role requires daily travel to sites with a company vehicle provided for efficiency and safety.

You will deliver on-site emergency repairs, start-up services and preventative maintenance, ensuring uptime for UPS, batteries and power distribution systems across customer facilities.

Qualifications

• Two years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record; able to pass background checks.
• Daily travel to customer sites; overnight stays may be required.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.
• Overtime eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support including emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance.
• Travel to customer sites in the greater Lubbock area and beyond; coordinate with service team.
• Operate using company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain safety standards and company policies.
