Job summary
Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division seeks a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician. This remote role involves daily travel to customer sites from a home office, with a company vehicle, for maintenance, start-up services, and emergency repairs to ensure UPS systems and power distribution run reliably.
Relocation assistance is provided within 60 miles of Wenatchee, WA. Salary ranges from 69,000 to 101,000 USD annually, with overtime eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package
Qualifications
- Two (2) years of Power Systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience including coursework/internships.
Responsibilities
- Be a key member of a world‑class service organization.
- Attend to on‑site emergency repairs, start‑ups, and preventative maintenance.
- Provide on-site support with a company vehicle and required PPE.
- Travel daily to customer sites; overnight stays as needed.
- Support customers outside the immediate region within the USA for a minimum of three weeks per quarter.
- Adhere to safety policies and participate in annual safety audits.
- Collaborate with field service technicians under on-site leads.
- Continue hands-on learning with industry-leading electrical safety training.
